Julie is a Yoga Alliance registered ERYT 200/ RYT 500 yoga teacher. Holding multiple yoga certifications she takes pride not only in being a teacher of yoga but continually being student of yoga as well. Julie has been teaching vinyasa and hatha style yoga since 2013. Being a lover of the water she quickly added Stand up paddle board yoga to her credentials.
Julie was reintroduced to yoga in 2011 as a supplement to a regular gym routine. However, yoga quickly took center stage. After a yoga retreat in Costa Rica Julie knew she wanted to share the amazing benefits and gift of yoga with others. Finding inspiration from nature, friends and fellow students Julie’s classes are fluid, fun and challenging but always safe through emphasis on alignment.
