Christine is a health and wellness enthusiast with a passion for helping others. She loves all things movement but found yoga to be her safe haven. Christine graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. As a result, she’s intrigued by the mind/body/soul connection. Christine’s education led her to explore health and wellness. She has completed 3 200-hour teacher trainings, most notably the LYT Yoga Method with Lara Heimann. In addition, she received her health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Christine has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and seeks to provide a safe space for students. She likes to incorporate humor in all things and loves to challenge her students physically and mentally. Christine’s classes focus on alignment and creative sequencing ensuring you feel a little stronger upon leaving class. Christine recently moved to the area from NJ and is excited to join the YogaSalt community!
