Jennifer first found yoga twenty years ago in NYC while working as a fashion designer. She learned in yoga to first take care of her physical body and feel good. Next came the mental clarity, inner strength, and spiritual blessings of practicing yoga on a regular basis.
Jennifer has 3 young boys and finds the ebb and flow of life calls upon us to be present in the now, to find our inner strength, clarity, and direction. As we move forward in our practice, our bodies change and our minds evolve. We accept the knowledge that we are capable of so much more than we ever imagined. Anything is possible!
As a heart based teacher, Jennifer strives to share her joy and give the many gifts that her teachers and yoga have imparted to her.
Jennifer is a 200 hour RYT with Tamal Dodge and is also Trained in Yin Yoga and Energy Work with Sesa O’Connor.
