Growing up in a family of athletes, I’ve always been interested in movement and its effect on our well-being. I grew up playing basketball and played at High Point University but chose to take care of my health after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is when I found my love for Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition. I completed my 500 Hour Teacher Training with Club Pilates in January of 2019 and my 200 Hour YTT with Tamal in March. I believe in order to heal our bodies, we must know our bodies and that’s why I aim to teach healthy body awareness practices throughout my classes!
